I've been insured with Tanner Brown since my husband and I consolidated our expenses. Beyond receiving twice-yearly cards, I haven't had any interaction with them. Last week, I came out of the grocery store to find the passenger side of my car had been side-swiped in the parking lot. Doors smashed shut. Mirror shattered on the ground. Glass everywhere. When I called Tanner Brown, Josh Parsons answered the phone. He was calm and friendly and I immediately began to feel calmer. He has answered all of my questions with thoughtfulness and clarity. I'm very glad he is the one guiding my through this process.

We recently had an occasion to meet with Tanner Brown and found him and his staff very friendly and accommodating. He was very easy to talk to and I found him to be a very good listener. He made some important suggestions that I would not have thought of. He is very proactive but not in a pushy way. He may identify a potential area where we can benefit and leave the decision up to us after we have a clear picture. He actually partners with you in the decision making process. I like that very much and very different than any of my other agents in the past. I am glad we found him and highly recommend his services if you want someone truly caring.
